Chef Sophia Marie is committed to creating the most flavorful and authentic meals that are made fresh, with the best ingredients, for any occasion. Growing up in a large family, Chef Sophia understood the importance of creating food that would satisfy each individual person’s taste profile. She realized that she had a passion to cook whenever she would enjoy helping her mother in the kitchen to prepare her family a hot, delicious meal from scratch.

Being in the kitchen with her mom was one of the best highlights of Chef Sophia’s childhood. Her mother would tell her, “It’s all season!”, not in a sense that the food was well-seasoned, but that “Life is good. It’s all good. It’s all season!” That was her mother’s favorite phrase, and it had so much more meaning whenever she used it. Chef Sophia took these words, from her late mother, for years to come as she continued on her journey to dedicate her life to God and to becoming the best Culinary Artist that she could be. The Chef attended the prestigious Auguste Escoffier Culinary School of the Arts where she excelled and earned her title as Chef Sophia Marie.

“That’s when I was first introduced to creating and making different foods for my family, whether it be the immediate family or for a family gathering. Back then, I didn’t care much for making everything from scratch. I thought it was too time-consuming. However, when the finished meal would be served, I would watch as my family take their very first bite. The sense of satisfaction I would get was phenomenal. I realized that if you want the best flavors from your dish, then you have to put in the extra effort when preparing them. So, now I make it my business to use the best, most fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices to get that wonderful symphony of flavors.”

“Each person’s personality is different. We love the same foods, but we all love them differently. We love them in ways that are unique to our individuality. Some people enjoy ketchup on a burger, and some people don’t. I personally can’t stand ketchup on anything. So, the dishes that I create are chocked full of the best herbs and spices to give my meals a burst of flavor that everyone will enjoy.”
